I had my first session with Heidi and she was amazing. She gave me feedback throughout the session and focused on problem areas. If you’re looking for something more than your average massage, she’s the one. She asked questions before and throughout as well. The room was comfortable and welcoming. Space was clean and warm. 5 stars!

UPDATED REVIEW: I also had the opportunity to work with Jason on multiple occasions and he is GREAT! Very outgoing and easy to talk to. He was able to help my body feel a lot better from various stressors and injuries. I’d strongly recommend working with Jason if you are able to. ——— INITIAL REVIEW: Definitely the place the go for your massage and recovery needs! I worked with Amy today for a 60 minute massage and she was very thorough and comprehensive with the plan of care. I left feeling like I have a new body! Scheduling an appointment can easily be done online. I look forward to my next visit.

I was able to book a last minute minute appointment here using their awesome online scheduling system, and I’m so glad that I did! My last massage was maybe 3 years ago but I can confidently say this was the best massage I’ve ever had! Jason listened to my concerns and personalized my massage to target the areas that needed help (even places I didn’t realize). I’m so thankful for the great attention to detail and the amazing results, I’m definitely feeling rejuvenated and with a lot less tension in my muscles. I’m not local to the area but whenever I’m visiting I hope to find time to visit Jason at Human Body works again!

I deal with chronic pain in one of my shoulders that affects the whole left side of my torso. On a particularly bad day, I needed a good massage ASAP. Human Body Works had some availability and I was able to get in the same day! Most massage places are booked out for days, weeks, and even months. Jason was awesome. He regularly checked in on me during the massage regarding pressure and my comfort. Very clean and cozy office as well. 10/10, would DEFINITELY recommend to a friend! ❤️

I love the professionalism of Human Body works. Heidi has been a wonderful therapist. My 83 year old body has needed a lot of work, and her knowledge and skill have handled every challenge thrown at her.

I just can’t express how grateful I am to have found Elizabeth at human bodyworks. I have been suffering from shoulder/neck issues for a couple years. I do the clinical massage with Elizabeth and, I’m not sure how to express this but her massage is like medicine as she works on me. This is life changing.
