Absolutely the best massage in Lacey, Iris is wonderful at ensuring all your therapeutic needs are met. Iris is the only person that has been able to really isolate the stress points and work them out relieving the pain and tension. Great job and I highly recommend her services!

After being a distance runner for a couple of years, I decided to go back into weight training. I injured by back 3 times in 7 weeks with fairly light weights. On the advice of a personal trainer, I went in for a deep tissue corrective massage. It was one of the most uncomfortable experiences of my life, but the moments of discomfort were brief, and otherwise it was a pleasant experience. What's more, I could immediately feel the difference in my lower back--a tightness I had never noticed, suddenly gone. 2 months and 32 workouts later and my lower back feels great! No injuries, not even a twinge. Iris knows what she is doing, also resolving a knot in one shoulder that had been plaguing me. She was polite and professional, and I'm definitely going back!
