I highly recommend Pamela. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and a friendly massage therapist. She asks if there were areas that needed extra attention or areas that she should avoid. The massage room is quiet, calm, and peaceful with calming music and she does offer essential oils as well. Going to see Pamela was a true treat. I look forward to seeing her again as I know I will feel so much better when I leave.

I got a full body massage from Pamela, the second I've received since the pandemic started. She made me feel completely safe the whole time and she wore a mask the whole massage. She took measurements of my arm range of motion after I have had recurrent shoulder injuries. I felt completely relaxed and it was the best massage I've had in the Triangle area in years!! She had excellent pressure and was attentive to my needs. My neck finally feels better after months of stress and poor posture! I am so excited to have met her because I will be going to her as a regular client!

This was my husband’s second visit to Pamela Young at Blessed From Above Massage. He is absolutely convinced that Pamela is one of the most gifted massage therapist he’s been to in over 30 years! She was thorough and her knowledge of the muscular skeletal system is amazing. She knew how to probe and find the areas of discomfort in his body to relieve the pain, tension, and stress, and release the muscles. I went to Pamela as I desired to receive a great massage for my birthday. Little did I know she was going to be amazingly gifted and also assist with relieving pain from an injury. She was knowledgeable, kind, gentle, caring and giving--all the traits I dream of from my massage therapist. She also assessed the range of motion on my ankle and I truly appreciated that. She also took the time to send me exercises for the improvement of my ankle post massagea! So awesome! I could go on, as I was thoroughly impressed by her professionalism, hospitality and ability to connect with her client. She even went out of her way to learn that I love Butterflies so she could have a little surprise upon arrival! In addition, I loved the decor of the room...so inviting and tranquil. The massage bed was extremely comfortable. I have had an innumerable amount of massages since college and this was one of my favorite experiences... definitely the most memorable one!
