There aren’t enough wonderful things to say about Bodywell! I’ve finally found the best massage therapist in Wake Forest. Jeanette is extremely knowledgeable and works with you to make a plan on what will suit you best. I have friends (who referred me) that see the other therapist and they are just as good. You must give them a call!!!

Had a wonderful experience here. I have gotten massages from Spencer and Jeanette and they are both amazing. They both do a great job and make you feel at ease and welcome. The space is very nice and smells great!

I had a great massage from Jeanette today. Her kind presence and skill hands was just what I needed. I very rarely get massages but that may change. Great location and I felt right at home as soon as I walked in the door. I highly recommend and thank you Jeanette.

I was a bit skeptical coming to a new place with a pre-existing condition. Jeanette was absolutely wonderful! She quickly realized what needed to be done and the session was extremely beneficial. Jeanette is very personable, compassionate and professional. Highly recommended!

Malissa did a great job with me. I've seen her both times that I've gone here with complaints of shoulder/neck tightness/pain. My first session was 1-hour but I was in such shape that although it relieved some of my more annoying pain, I was still tight so I came back for a 2-hour with cups. I could feel an immediate difference afterward and felt so much better. It's been a couple days and I'm feeling great! My husband said he wants to book an appointment now, too, since Malissa was able to help me so much.

The environment was calming, and the whole experience was very relaxing. Spencer was a very soothing and skilled therapist. He worked through my many knots, and I woke up the next morning with my neck feeling better than it had in as long as I could remember. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Update 12/13/23 This evening I saw Melissa. At first I was hesitant because I really wanted to stick with the same therapist specially since Spencer has been great and so helpful with my issues, but he wasn’t available anytime soon so I decided to give Melissa a chance and I’m glad I did. She is a great massage therapist, very knowledgeable and really gets deep into problem muscles and the pressure she was applying was consistant throughout the whole 60 mins my and not to mention I was the last client of the day, that says a lot about her strength! Another thing I love about the massage therapists here is that they work on you for the whole 60 minutes, Its been in my experience that other places only give you 45 mins hands on, they use the other 15 mins to allow you to undress and dress and later to clean up the room. Original review from 10/25/2023 Spencer helped me with my sciatica flareup that I was experiencing in both of my legs just with one session. That was my very first treatment with him and after that I was sold on his skills so I bought the three 60 min package.
