Dayton Therapeutic Massage was fantastic! I had been suffering for about 3 days straight from a migraine. Sarah was able to help identify and ease some trigger points that were causing me issues. It has been two days and the pain is still gone. She also gave me great tips on stretches and exercises to help strengthen and prevent the problem going forward. Would highly recommend her!
