Elements Massage

We've frequented this massage parlor for nearly a year now, primarily because it's one of the few places around that offers a couples room. Initially, I wasn't sure if keeping our membership was worth it. I'd arranged it for my husband and me, but I had been trying out different massage therapists for a while without finding the right fit. While my husband was content with everyone, I had specific preferences regarding pressure and targeting certain areas. It wasn't until we switched our appointment day that we stumbled upon two exceptional therapists! Fast forward six months, and Kara and Jonathan are now our go-to duo. Kara possesses an almost magical ability to pinpoint tension spots without any guidance. There have been instances where I've silently hoped she'd find a particular area, and she does, almost effortlessly. While communication is crucial in finding the right therapist, it's truly a gift when they uncover issues you weren't even aware of. Recently, I also tried their new facial service, which was a delightful experience. It was my first facial ever, so I can't compare it to others, but the therapist did an excellent job. My combination skin, exacerbated by medication, felt balanced afterward. I'd recommend it, especially if you're dealing with skincare issues due to product changes or medications.

This is not the place for me. If I did go back, I would certainly get another therapist. She was way too hard even after asking her to lighten the touch THREE TIMES. I should have stopped the session and really wish I had. I have had deep tissue massage before but this was over the top. I know some may like the aggressive hard touch. However, LISTEN to your client! I left there sore, not relaxed. At all. For the next three days, my muscles felt like I had been in a car accident and actually hurt to touch. I even had a slight bruise on my shoulder. I have another paid session, but will forfeit it. So, if you like a painful massage, go for it.

Literally the best!

Claudia is wonderful! She’s professional and sweet and listens and attends to any concerns you need worked on. Her hands are amazing lol very strong deep massage.

This will be my go to place for massages. Booking was easy, pricing is great and the customer service is awesome. Very friendly from check in to end of service. Kara was amazing and gave me the best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had and gave me some helpful feedback for next time.

I'm just going to say that APRIL is an AMAZING massage therapist! I get pretty regular massages but this was my first time with her. She by farrrrr, gave the best massage I have ever had yesterday! She's attentive to your problem areas, applied perfect pressure and is extremely knowledgeable. Go see her, you will not be disappointed! Thank you April, I feel so refreshed today!

Elements is a great place! Friendly staff, my therapist was Lisa and good job for sure. Unfortunately something came up and I had to leave program after only 1 session. I guess the only very little thing that kinda disappointed me was they wanted me to come in to cancel my plan to sign a form. I would have rather done it by email. Thanks to the Elements crew
