Elements Massage

The staff both over the phone and in person are very friendly and helpful. Also, Sarah did an amazing job with my massage. There was no pressure to purchase additional products or services, but everything was offered and explained to me. I had a great experience, would recommend to anyone, and hope to go again myself!

First 2 massages have been underwhelming for very distinct reasons. I’m booking prenatal massages here and the first massage itself was fine, but unfortunately my therapist was breathing directly onto my face and with my heightened sense of smell it was very hard for me to relax, especially with her periodic quiet burping (I know that sounds high maintenance but the rooms already have a unique oil smell to them so that was a lot for me). The second therapist didn’t use enough pressure for me to feel relief from any of my problem areas, it didn’t feel like I got a true massage even though I selected the “medium” pressure when booking. Trying one last time before I call it quits and cancel my membership. Front desk service is pleasant though and rooms seem clean!

Great service, very kind massage therapist who walked me through the treatment giving advice on what add-ons would best help me and which would not. I found that honesty reassuring and liked how she helped make the massage best for my bodies needs. I liked the atmosphere of and the location is perfect for me to come back too. I look forward to my next appointment here!

I have been a member of Elements Massage since they opened in College Station. For the past several months, I have had Sarah as my therapist. She is attentive, knowledgeable and has a very genuine spirit. Extremely professional and seems to understand the science behind her practice.

Good to hear from you my issue was not the denial of service I completely understand if the massage therapist is not able to provide the service I was told yall could do repeatedly! I provided the receptionist with all the details of our surgery as well stopping by the day before our appointment to double check y'all were qualified to do the service offered! I told her repeatedly that we were draining, however I understand why the service was denied. The reason for my enragement is not only did I drive there twice for the denial of service but these massages are extremely important for us only being days from surgery they can cause lumps and be very pain to the stomach and because y'all assured us y'all could do them we were not able to book anywhere else because of short notice! What frustrates me even more is that y’all charged us each $45 a total of $90 as a cancellation fee when we NEVER cancelled!

Excellent customer service! I had an issue and they went above and beyond! Also, Austin is amazing! I highly recommend their subscription. It is no longer an indulgence for me. It helps me manage my chronic pain.

Really great service! The manager was kind professional and focused on helping address my request. Sarah one of the therapist which I booked with was absolutely wonderful. Even if you aren’t a member go get one and treat yourself. It is worth it!
