Helen's Chinese Massage

I used to love going here but so far 2 times she made me give her $20 for a tip after I already gave her 10. That is not fair and very unprofessional and unfortunately now I will have to find another massage place! I would have continued to stay going to Helens and they would have continued getting business from me if she didn't MAKE me pay her $20 for a tip when I already gave her 10 AND spent a fortune on the massage because she asked if she could do 30 more minutes because she didnt do my feet yet! I'm very upset! The first time she made me pay her $20 I let it go and kept coming back but then she did it again today. I'm very upset and I'm going to make sure people know about this because tips aren't required, I tip be cause it's nice to do but to make you tip MORE money is very wrong! I'm sad that I can no longer go to this place. I will find a massage place that doesn't screw you over!

I’ve gone here about 5 times. The last time the masseuse demanded I give her more of a tip. I gave her a tip that equaled 15% she wanted more. Never has this happened before

This place is horrible. Went to get a massage owner all over men. I waited 20 mins for next available massage persontwo men came in n Skipped me. I will be filing a compliant w massage license. Half ppl are not licensed

My massage was fine. But she didn’t ask me if I wanted an extra half hour. She played it off like she was giving me an extra half hour for free. No “do you want an extra half hour?” just “I’ll give you another half hour”. So I ended up paying more money than I was expecting and then when I tried to tip her $10 she told me “Tip is $20”?! who tells someone how much they have to tip?! I had a good massage but I will not return. I will not be charged extra for something I didn’t ask for, nor be told hold much money I should be tipping her. I’m a hairdresser and I don’t tell my customers they should tip me more than they do. Even if I think they should.

If you go here, ask for a woman. I wasted my money but I paid for my service. They had the decency to ask me for a 20 percent tip after I left a tip. I had a younger male. My friend had a woman and she was great. He had no idea how to massage. Really disappointed.

I've had massages here several times. Normally they're quite good, but it's dependent upon who works on you. Yesterday was the most horrific massage I've ever experienced. It was like the woman thought my bones were knots that she could knead out with her sharp elbows. 45 minutes of almost pure pain, thumbs rubbing the skin off my body, gouging me, trying to milk my organs out? Just awful. I mean, I can take a deep massage; I'm no wimp, but ouch. Arguably, I'm terrible at advocating for myself. I just held my breath, sucked it up, and took it. I can't believe she couldn't intuitively tell how much pain I was in - how tense I became and how I hardly exhaled. Yikes. Today I'm sore and bruised, especially in the cervical part of my spine and in my lower back.
