HOT HAVEN - Sauna Studio

Tried this place for the first time and I had a wonderful experience! I book the lymphatic cleanse and I honestly didn’t know what to expect going into this appointment. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a very friendly gentleman who walked me through the process. I changed into the provided outfit and went into the treatment room. I laid down on the treatment bed and was strapped into the suit around my legs, torso and arms. The session was 50 minutes and the suit would squeeze from my toes up to my biceps. They provide a TV and all of the streaming services to make the treatment time fly by! I had a pleasant experience and I would definitely do it again! I would also come back to try out the saunas!

I have been looking into Grounding Mats and when I heard Hot Haven was now offering them I was thrilled to purchase one from them. Even after all my research I was still skeptical of what it says they can do. I have had it for the past week and use it regularly. I usually wake up throughout the night and have trouble falling back asleep, stress and worry always kept me awake as well. I have slept not only through the night but have slept great. My energy level seems to have increased as well. My husband has back pain and he has noticed an improvement and so far the pain has lessened. We now live in Texas and unfortunately we don’t get to have the benefits of going to Hot Haven regularly, thats a whole other review how great the Hot Haven studio is, but knowing I can order their Wellness Tools online has been wonderful. I have ordered from Hot Haven many times and it has made great Holiday and Birthday presents as well. I absolutely recommend the grounding mat and all the other wellness tools too. If in San Diego I also recommend the sauna studio.

This place is by far my new favorite business to come and relax . I have chronic arthritis . The lymphatic drainage is amazing. Also the Infrared sauna and infrared wraps, have helped me with mobility in my body. I haven’t had any pain since I have been going to Hot Haven on a regular basis. This place clean and beautiful! I can’t wait to come back, I bought a membership so my husband and I can share it. That’s a Super experience we can do together! ❤️ ❤️

Love this place! One of the best sauna studios I’ve ever been to. The place is super clean, inviting, and most importantly, relaxing. The owner is very professional and welcoming which makes you happy supporting local businesses! This is my go to place. I would recommend this to everyone!

Definitely a must go if you’re in the area. I tried both the infrared sauna and the lymphatic cleanse massage. My body felt at ease after wards. And I know it helped with my swollen lymph node and reduced the swelling under armpit. You will definitely work up a sweat in the sauna. Customer service was wonderful. Atmosphere was very serene and zenful. When I come back to Cali I’ll def revisit.

I've been to Hot Haven twice for an infrared body wrap and have enjoyed getting to know this beautiful studio. Pros: The staff are friendly and kind. The spaces are immaculate and incredibly clean. The clothes that I change into for the body wrap fit my body well (I'm plus size) and are comfortable. The water, salted nuts, and calm Zen Den are great amenities. When I experienced an issue (see below), one of the owners issued a credit to my account automatically, and I didn't even ask. This was very kind / above and beyond. I appreciate the thoughtfulness. The body wrap was phenomenal. It is VERY effective and I was sweating bullets within 15 minutes!!!!! Perfect for a heat lover. The location is very convenient - I can easily walk, bike, or take the bus. Parking right out front as well for those with cars. Con: There is a lot of noise. Some of it is completely out of the business's control (heavy construction in the same building) and some is more within their control - such as lengthy conversations by clients or staff or loud bangs as crates are being moved into the cubbies). The space is very permeable, meaning noise can easily travel. Depending on your preference, this can make it impossible to deeply relax. Overall: I look forward to returning. If you are sensitive to noise, I recommend bringing quality earplugs, choosing less busy times, and/or asking staff to move to a more secluded area. They also have headphones where you can watch TV/listen to music during your session, which can help mitigate the impact of noise. Highly recommend Hot Haven for all lovers of heat, and I look forward to trying their other service as well.

Super chill and professional sauna. Such positive energy and attention to detail that definitely sets them apart from similar locations. I randomly chose it since it's close by, and it is now one of my happy places 🙂 Absolutely recommend 🙂

Clean, relaxing atmosphere with the perks of feeling good when your session is over. I come here for the infrared sauna session and love the extras that come along with it. The ice cold towel at the end, a bottle of fresh tasting water and the hospitality from the owners were added bonuses. I am happy to recommend this place!
