This is the most absolutely disgusting food I’ve been served. I don’t know how the bar/night life environment is but they should not be able to serve food anymore. Not only is it absolutely so dry, has no flavor, and gave me food poisoning, they also NEVER get the order right! I’ve been ripped off by them so badly! I would NEVER order from this place and I will be reaching out to all of the delivery services because they are going to lose money because of how awful the food is. I never complain about restaurants because I understand it’s a very hard industry but this is so awful!!!!

This is by far the worst food ever. We were excited to try this place. We were sadly disappointed. Usually when the food is bad there's at least something you can say was ok. Not this. Everything was over cooked, extremely dried out and the oil they cooked the empanadas in was old and burnt. The shrimp wasn't even fresh, they were frozen and small shrimps. The chicken was extremely thin and dried out. The steak was thin and burnt. The yucka fries where just chunks and dried out with no flavor. It was so bad we threw the food in the garbage!! This review is not out of spite for anything. It's to caution the next person who might want to go here. Read the reviews. This place only has a 3 star rating!! Our mistake for not looking at the reviews ourselves. The reviews from everybody on google has to tell you something. Shame on the owners for serving this to the public. They should reevaluate thier business plan and chef. If they can't do better they should shut down. ...we wasted hard earned money and almost $100 to enjoy a nice dinner and ended up having to throw food away and ordered elsewhere. Shame Shame on you Latin Quaters! We definitely will never order food here again and certainly will not recommend this to anyone. 1 star is absolutely too much for what we recieved!

I was born and raised in Dominican Republic and this food is the grossest food I’ve ever had, first time trying it since moving to Norwich and definitely the last, the roasted chicken dry and no flavor, the white rice was very low quality and not cooked right and the beans watery and no taste, extremely overpriced and very small portions, which was ok cause everything went in the trash. Seriously you people need to find someone that knows how to cook and use seasoning.

This order from Doordash was absolutely terrible, not to the fault of DoorDash or our DoorDash delivery person. But the proteins were all burnt to a CRISP in the carne asada tacos, the chicharrones, and the mofonguitos. The chicharrones REQUIRED you to purchase a side with them as well, even though they’re simply an appetizer, where I picked the fried plantains. The plantains were sliced anywhere from 1/8th to 1/2 inch thick, therefore the thicker ones were incredibly underdone. Also, there was no pico de gallo or melted cheese in the mofonguitos. To our surprise it was simply diced tomato, lettuce, and thousand island dressing on top/as the filling. In addition, the chicharrones were full of cartilage chunks, which were quite off-putting when expecting a crispy, umami filled bite. All in all, an incredibly disappointing order, I will be attempting further contact with DoorDash to secure a full refund as well as leaving this restaurant a poor review on other platforms. If I could leave zero stars I would.

I ordered from here, I placed the order online, never received the maduros , or the beans that were to be served with the rice and chicken entry. I called immediately, call went to voice mail. Lmvm to refund or replace. No answer back! Overpriced, poor customer service! Food was good, but not worth it.

Their tostones(fried plantains chips) was good but the chicken wings was a big NO. I expected some tasty and juicy wings but i received a “chinese restaurant version” of fried chicken (dry,no taste). Had to trew it away after the 1rst bite

You should let your guest start up the hookah that they paid for in their area or assist them with it instead of having some kid bring it to you as he hits it like he paid for it (WITHOUT AN ADAPTER). We had to ask this older gentleman to get us a new spout anyway because the kid who brought us our hookah bit the spout and broke it. Instead of replacing it he just dumped the hookah and disappeared. Dj was okay but bro read the vibes half the time everyone was sitting. Drinks were on point! I loved the lady with the accent I think she had blonde hair. Both ladies were very professional we didn't have to wait for drinks and they move Fast! Super good job ladies!

I don't know why there is so much hate about this place , before going in I read some of the reviews and some are really stupid,I had the mofongo shrimp and pork taco ,and it was delicious.service was great very friendly bartender.
