Josie was so great! I’m 33 weeks pregnant and decided to get a prenatal massage here due to great reviews and I’m so happy with my choice. Josie was very communicative, she made sure I was comfortable, and her pressure was great. Really relaxing environment and great quality massage.

I booked with Life Essentials Massage Spa for myself and my friend for our birthdays. It was first time for both of us and can say it won't be the last! I've had great massages before, but Kim surpassed them all. I can speak for my friend too that she and I had excellent services! Josie, the owner was very nice, responsive and accommodating. I have been to Life Essentials Spa twice now. I went first for a facial and on my second visit I had another facial and a massage. I cannot say enough about how wonderful and professional this spa treated me!! Josie is very knowledgeable on her facial technique and uses only the best products available. Both times my skin was left feeling soft and glowing for days!! My massage was done by Leah. I happen to have hurt my back working in the yard and mentioned that to her and left there pain-free!! It was wonderful!! I appreciate the experience that this team has and would highly recommend them to all!!! A++++++

Best facial and massage. Josi was excellent. She focused on my body concerns. Would still like more time on my fingers, but I feel great. Her facial was the best I’ve ever received. She actually massaged my face and neck-not just “stroked “. Will def be back. Oh she welcomed us last minute on a holiday!

Went in here for the first time today and I totally loved it. The space is very clean, cute, and inviting. I had Anna do a facial and massage for me and she was amazing. Definitely going back and would recommend!

Updated response: 1: in reference to hot stone, you said they were free for "first time customer " - you're making it seem as if you were just giving it away. 2: I had an option to either lay on my side, or on my stomach for the message since I'm not that far along and being on my stomach wouldn't be an issue for me, but you mentioned laying on my side, and said nothing about an extra charge that could increase. 3: Just because my husband has "tight muscles " did not mean anyone had to go out their way to do a deep tissue massage that was not requested to begin with. Sorry that person overworked themselves for no reason. Had you mentioned an upcharge we would have either told you yes or no. All you had to do was ask, which is the proper thing to do before you make it seem as if you giving out anything for free, because nothing in this world is free. Yes you did accommodate me with an early morning service, thank you for that. 4: Neither of you machines were working when service was done, so let's not make it seem as if this was a money issue. I payed X amount of dollars which were not just a few, the card machine was not working that she had set up on the IPAD , but the thing that disturbed me the most was when she kept bothering me about a tip as if I wasn't going to already leave one. Since her machines weren't functioning correctly, she decided to send me an invoice and kept repeating "is there an option to tip" at that time I was already annoyed that their biggest thing was a "tip". No customer wants to keep being harassed about that. When I do decide to tip she asked me if I did, and asked how much. I told her 20 and she looked at me as if it wasn't enough. Here I am confused because I paid almost 400$ and she's stressing about a tip? I feel that if you know your worth and you look forward to whatever amount of tip your seeking, you should just update your prices, and include the tip that you think you're worth in the price, that way when its time to check out you don't harass and bother a customer about a tip, or question them on the amount, because then, if they do decide to leave a tip, the amount they leave won't bother you as much, because if you update your prices and include it in there, you wont have an issue with how much a customer leaves. Simply because of that I wont be back, and I don't care to be back. I was going to get gift certificates for family and friends to experience, but not after what I experienced. Nobody wants to be ran down and constantly asked about a tip, and I wont let anyone I know be bothered with that.

My best friend and I got a massage and a facial on the last day of our girls trip. It was so relaxing. The facility was very clean. The sound proofing could be a little better but it’s a small facility. Overall, loved our experience!

Josie is absolutely excellent. I came in for a Deep Tissue Massage. My shoulders and neck are a painful web of knots and she knew exactly what to do to firmly break them apart. It is an act of vulnerability to give your pain to a stranger and ask them to take it away. I am grateful for her professionalism and care.
