Lifted Massage Therapy

I’ve gotten massages at various locations in an attempt to address pain I’ve had for decades. This was my first time with Austin at Lifted. My experience was phenomenal and I will absolutely be a regular. Austin takes time to ask questions and understand your needs. He uses a variety of techniques, determining which is most helpful for your body. He’s both extremely knowledgeable and compassionate. He adjusted as we went based on my feedback. Afterwards, he took extra time to answer my questions so we could develop a plan for future sessions. The space is very calming, with sound machines and lighting that relax you without being distracting.

My 1st time being treated by Austin and he was such a pleasure to work with. He was attentive, international, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to chat with me about creating a session that is specifically catered to my needs. He has a great touch and understands the body. Austin is great! He helped me feel better and better after each visit, and I really looked forward to my sessions with him. He was extremely attentive to my needs, I always left with a feeling of lightness and relaxation. My only regret is not finding him sooner!

Truly the best massage I've ever had! I'm newer to the Columbus area and have had a hard time finding a place to get a massage. I'm younger and have chronic back pain. Most people immediately make (incorrect) assumptions because of this. Austin took the time to ask about my lifestyle and career to best determine how to spend our time. He was the least judgmental person (and by least judgmental, I mean I didn't feel judged in any way). He took the time to get to know me and what I was hoping to get out of the session. He truly worked with me during this appointment. It's been 24 hours and I feel better than I have in months. I cannot wait to go back and continue healing. Booking this appointment was so easy! Upon arrival, he met me at the door and showed me where to go. Austin has done a phenomenal job of creating a calming space. The lights, sounds, and overall ambiance of the space clearly took time and effort and provide such a relaxing and safe feeling. At no point did Austin try and pressure me into adding additional services on or booking again. Because there was no pressure and it was such a great experience, I will be going back! I felt very comfortable during my experience and so validated in what I was looking for. I would highly recommend booking an appointment with Austin!

I had the most AMAZiNG deep tissue massage from Austin.. so talented and really knows what he’s doing.. I was relaxed the whole time. He incorporated stretching, pressure points , and just had a great flow overall. Best one I’ve had yet while living in Columbus and I’ve been here for 22 years. He’s truly the BEST !!! Worth the drive/travel in my opinion depending where you come from to see him. The atmosphere is also very on point.. Thanks Austin for being AMAZING!!

Austin is a miracle worker. I went in with excruciating neck pain and very limited mobility. Austin was extremely knowledgeable in how to alleviate my pain and even gave me follow up instructions for at home. I woke up the next day with almost no pain and almost FULL range of motion. The difference was night and day! Would highly recommend Austin!

I’ve been hesitant to try a deep tissue massage because I worried it would hurt before it helped. Even though I’ve desperately needed one after many years of manual labor, working at a desk job and just overall being hard on my body! However Austin is wonderful and I’m so glad l found his recommendation as it was completely the opposite of that! He is professional, caring and thorough. He helped relieve a lot of tension in my neck and back especially. He is obviously passionate about his work and it shows. I’m so glad I tried it and can’t wait for the next one! Highly recommend!
