Maya Massage and Bodywork

I went into Maya’s for the first time today and already I can feel a difference. I work on my feet all day and lift heavy at the gym so I had a lot of tightness in my back and shoulders. Maya spent extra time in those areas and now I feel so much better! I can’t wait to schedule my next massage with her!

Maya has such a beautiful & caring energy. Called her hoping for a next day appointment as I was dealing with some pain in my back and neck, and she was able to get me in the next day. It was an overall great experience, just wished I requested for softer music, but that’s on me! Enjoyed the care and intention around my whole experience. My pain was greatly minimized & felt so relaxed afterward. Excited to return!

I used a Groupon on Maya Massage and had a fantastic massage by Cori. It was a two hour and he was more than careful to ask me how the pressure felt throughout the process, and focused on the areas that I requested. I highly recommend this place, especially after there was some scheduling and issues with the Groupon and making the appointment, but Maya took care of it as I spoke with her directly over the phone. Fantastic customer service 🙂

I visited Maya a few weeks ago for a 90 minute massage. She did an absolutely phenomenal job. She was very communicative and there was a real sense of detail in her craft. She asked me several times about where I thought the most attention was needed. She did not miss anything, and even worked related muscle groups to incredible effect. She is strong, careful and has a sense of professionalism about her. I would highly recommend Maya to anyone wanting a massage, and I will definitely go back for a future visit.

Maya is a skilled and very intuitive therapist. Her office is clean, welcoming and spacious. As a former bodywork professional I was impressed by her work. I did question the negative google reviews noting they were all based on scheduling difficulties. It's tough as a single practitioner as you can't stop in the middle of a massage to answer the phone. She is currently making changes to automate her phone system that should streamline scheduling. Overall it was quite a pleasant and therapeutic session. Parking was easy and Maya greeted me as I exited the elevator on the second floor of her office building. I left feeling better and happy.

Maya is an amazing massage therapist! She uses just the right mix of deep therapeutic work and flowing Swedish-style massage. Her treatment room is clean and her table is super comfortable! 10/10 would recommend!

Maya is absolutely the best massage therapist I've ever had. She pays attention to your concerns. Her touch I swear is what's helping to heal my muscles, that have been in spasms for months. When I have areas that need more attention she'll focus on them until they are relieved. Her office is tranquil which helps to relax the mood. She'll play relaxing music and the lighting is perfect. I'm so Thankful to finally find a massage therapist, that finally understands neurological autoimmune diseases and what can happen to the body from them. I highly recommend her.
