Perspire Sauna Studio

This was my first time at a sauna, and I have to say it was wonderful. The suites are so clean and well prepared, the saunas are comfortable and look quite nice. I'm a bit of a germophobe, so I was really impressed with how clean the place was, especially the shower. Overall a very enjoyable experience

I, like a few others in these reviews, had a bad experience with customer service. I thought I caught them on a bad day so I didn’t want to leave a review but saw from other reviews this is a pattern. Basically I left a towel on the bench accidentally because I wasn’t told I needed to put them away. Total accident and I completely understand the policy, but one of the ladies working here followed me to my car to scold me and tell me to come and return my towel into the basket. Very awkward and uncomfortable encounter and should’ve not happened in the first place. I would’ve returned it into the bin if I had been told before my session, but they were busy lounging on their phones in the front. Will not be back!

I had a wonderful experience at Perspire Sauna Studio. I went in on the afternoon of my birthday which they were very accommodating to since I had to reschedule from a flat tire. It was my first time so I got the opportunity to try this class at their entry rate. I instantly felt a lift in mood. 10/10 recommend. I will be doing this again unfortunately did not make the new yr special but it’s worth it either way!

Must have experience if you have not tried an infrared sauna before! The benefits of the infrared sauna and chemotherapy are amazing. The studio is clean and the staff are friendly. Amazing membership and package deals available!

Ready ! Set! Sweat! Here they have 10 private sauna studios ,equipped with entertainment like netflix or simply sweat or vibe out to pandora . When I arrived I did purchase a water to keep myself hydrated since I forgot mines at home . They also have an upgraded sauna studio with your very own shower inside . Some benefits of a infrared sauna include . Relaxation,detox,burn calories, clears & improves skin & sleep etc … I will definitely add this into my weekly routine . I don’t know if this is just a mind thing or not but I immediately seen my skin glowing & hydrated. I fell asleep while inside . Each session is 40 minutes which is well enough time . Do yourself a favor & go melt into a meditative state by using one of their infrared sauna.

I love the Sauna! It is very easy to use and they have a sheet to help you. I enjoy being able to watch television while being in the sauna. I also enjoy the different lights that they explain the benefits of the different lights. Everyone I have met is very friendly and helpful!

2024: Three Stars. Previously, I posted a five star review of Perspire and it absolutely used to be. Similar to what other recent reviewers have mentioned, the service has declined over the past few months. At first, I looked past it because I thought maybe I just caught staff on a bad day; however, prices have increased and service has decreased. There are rarely essential oil towels in the suites now, which is a huge let down given how sweaty you are when you finish your session. While the studio is still clean, it lacks the extra cleanliness present when this location first opened. Most staff is noticeably less friendly and usually preoccupied visiting with friends or on their phones. They will always confirm your suite number, but begrudgingly. Bought a package of 20 during Black Friday and will not be renewing once I use my remaining sessions. 2022: Five Stars - Best infrared sauna experience in Charlotte! Started going when it first opened. The staff is always friendly & helpful. The facility is sparkling clean. Only thing I wish is there was one more towel included. Do yourself a favor & check it out!
