Red Rock Sauna

Can't say enough good things about this AWESOME idea: sauna, beer, good vibes! I've only been there once but I'm def coming back and getting a membership if/when they offer it. The area is very clean and nice, sauna is at around ~170-190 and the cold plunge around ~40-50. After the sauna you get to enjoy a beer at the brewery next door and hang out on the many tables around.. what else can you ask for?! wish I'd known about this before!

We had a great experience here on a Thursday! We had a 1 hour session to ourselves! Lemon water, shower, changing tent, eucalyptus oil, lounge chairs, bags of ice added to the cold plunge. They are adding more plants for more privacy and continuously making small improvements to ensure the happiness of guests. I’m excited to be coming back!

Alivia and Joe are an incredibly lovely and knowledgeable couple and truly made this a relaxing, bespoke experience. I felt amazing after the sauna and cold plunge, and really appreciated the free beer after! I am for sure going back.

went there for the first time last night. although it was 95 outside (hot July weekend), we still enjoyed the sauna. my friends were alternating the heat with the cold plunge. I was taking the shower in between the heat sessions. the girl said they’d just recently set the area with two chairs and everything so it’s nice and more cozy now. another thing I liked was an eucalyptus oil which we added to the water we poured onto the stones although I’m not a big sauna fan and was initially confused by the sauna being located right along the road, I definitely enjoyed the place! I’d say it exceeded my expectations. recommend! enjoy your free glass of beer after the session! she gave us two vouchers (two beers) each because we booked two hours

Best way to recover after Red Rocks! The Red Rock Sauna staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. Beer was awesome! Loved our time here! Will be back

Obsessed is an understatement!! So happy to know about this place - what a luxury for such a fair price. I was hooked after my first visit and have been going 3-4x/week since. The crew that runs it is awesome, and they’ve made some great adjustments/additions throughout the last few weeks. A lot of other saunas (or gyms with saunas) can be crowded and a little unsanitary, but these guys do an awesome job keeping everything clean and there’s always enough room for everyone. Highly recommend to everyone!

This place is very amazing and very affordable. $25 dollars for plunging and sauna. In addition, the owner is super cool and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this spot.

I've visited these guys a couple times with friends and we love it—way better use of an hour than just sitting in the brewery! Only suggestion would be an alert if your session is not private. We (three of us) didn't mind being in the sauna with other people, but I don't think it was a picture perfect first date for them... 🙂
