Carmen is a beautiful soul, with amazingly gifted hands! She is a constant student of her craft which makes her the best at what she does! She is intuitive and knowledgeable and I feel safe and seen when I'm there. It's more than a massage - it's healing, it's refueling, it's a time of rebuilding. I’m a forever client and love her work! Her space is calming, pristine and everything you'd want in a massage environment.

I had the most amazing lymphatic massage that left me feeling completely renewed! The experience was incredibly relaxing from start to finish. The therapist was attentive, skilled, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session. I could literally feel the tension melting away, and by the end, I felt like a brand new person. 90 minute stretch, massage and south bath was EVERYTHING I NEEDED! Carmen is very intuitive And such a beautiful light. From the tea to the music, it was PERFECT. Will be coming back for more!

Carmen at Relaxed Hands is an excellent masseuse! I started coming to her in June because my muscles were tight after a workout. She loosened them right up. I’ve been back on a monthly basis and my body seems to know when I’m scheduled. She is thorough and she listens to what your needs are, instead of assuming. She is definitely a hidden gem in the Baymeadows area. And I’m so glad I found her.
