Had a wonderful cupping massage with Heather. First time going to renew, asked for complimentary hot towel and aromatherapy and the citrus scent was perfect on that cold day. Will definitely come back. Heather was attentive, applied wonderful pressure and was communicative the whole way.

It was the first time my partner or I had gotten a professional massage. On top of that, it was my partner’s birthday, so I wanted the experience to be a good one and that’s exactly what I got at Renew. The staff was warm and welcoming and made the process incredible approachable and comfortable. I am grateful for this and will definitely return!
