I love coming to this studio. Recently had a massage by Carena and it was amazing! She got all the knots out of my shoulders. She was great. Definitely booking with her again! I feel so much better!

I have been going to Renew for massages for almost two years now, and I cannot recommend it enough! The massages are top notch - I have worked with Jason and Opal, and they are both excellent! Jason is so, so talented. He has great, calming energy, and he even puts on the classical music I like before each session starts. 🙂 I like deep pressure, and he can deliver! The facility is spotless, parking is so easy because there is a lot right in front, online booking works great, and managing my membership is always super easy (which is not always the case!). Everyone I speak to at the front desk is always professional and super friendly. Do yourself a favor and book a massage here!!

Excellent experience. Relaxing overall feel and cleanly. Carena took care for me for a 90 minute hot stone massage. My muscles were extremely tight and I was impressed with her effort to get out/loosen as many as possible. She did what I thought was the impossible. I felt great afterwards and it helped alleviate chronic headaches. Would highly recommend her as a massage therapist. Will definitely be going back. The location itself has easy parking (free lot).

I've had the pleasure of visiting the massage therapists at Renew Massage Studio over the past few months, and each experience has been wonderful. Every therapist I've seen has been incredibly skilled and attentive, creating a relaxing and rejuvenating atmosphere every time. The team here is not only talented but also genuinely caring, ensuring that I leave feeling refreshed and revitalized after every visit. Highly recommend!

I had my second massage today with Noemi. She remembered me from at least a month ago. I enjoyed my massage as well as just getting to know her. She is genuine. The massages were both really great. I had been really stiff with a lot of muscle aches, and both times I felt much better, afterwards. I highly recommend her and the studio in general is welcoming and comfortable.

They charge you for an hour but the massage itself is not more than 45 minutes. An hour massage means they want you in and out of the building within 60 minutes. I walked in the door at 4:15 sharp as instructed; by 5:16, I had paid my bill and was back in my car. Upon arrival, I had to fill out a lengthy form on a tablet that no one ever looked at. I now realise they want you to waste time on the form so they can make the service shorter. The masseuse had me sit down in the room to discuss my areas of concern, which again, in hindsight, was simply a way to waste more of the hour. The massage itself was good, except he spent only 15 minutes on the two areas I requested he work on. By 5:12 he was done, and by 5:14 (still a minute before my alleged 60-minutes was up!) I was dressed and walking out to lobby. Hours later, the stabbing knot in my back that brought me there in the first place is no better. I am left lying in bed unable to sleep due to the physical pain, plus the added psychological pain of realising I just wasted $110. I have been to other studios in Denver that provide the full time of the service you pay for. Go to those and not Renew.

I've been putting off getting a massage for so long, but my body had had enough, so I booked because of all the good reviews I saw on this place and oh my god. I've never felt so at peace in my life. Emma absolutely rocked it! She was so nice and considerate and knew exactly what my muscles needed. I slept so well for the first time in forever I almost cried. Thank you! I will be coming back the first chance I get

Renew Massage is a special gem tucked into the Wash Park neighborhood. The atmosphere is serene and all of the practitioners have the ability to provide restoration from muscle tension to lymphatic drainage. I highly recommend Renew!
