I have had quite a few massages in my life and this, by far, was the best massage I have ever experienced. Rachel took extra time to review my concerns and tailored my session by adding cupping (which was new for me) because she thought it would benefit my very tense shoulders, and I feel it made a huge difference. I also experienced a partial lymphatic drainage massage which had been recommended to me by a fellow Breast Cancer survivor. Highly recommend Rachel! Already have my next appointments booked! Rachel was warm and welcoming for my first massage at her new studio. I was impressed that she paid close attention to my medical history and specific reasons I came for my massage. I felt like she customized my massage to what I needed rather than just giving a ‘blanket massage’ that wouldn’t necessarily help me personally. I’d also like to mention that Rachel checked in with me verbally throughout my massage to be sure I was comfortable and that the pressure she was using was appropriate. Nothing worse than trying to get through a 60 minute massage if you’re in pain the entire time! Kudos! Overall I was impressed with Rachel’s studio, her professionalism, her skill set, and business sense. I am now a client for life!

I have seen Rachel a handful of times within the past year or so and there is a reason I keep returning!! I had my first ever prenatal massage with Rachel earlier this week and there is no doubt I will be back before my pregnancy is done! She is knowledgeable on what is safe for baby and after a 60min massage, I walked out feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I even slept better that night!

Beautiful space! Rachel has done a great job making the space warm, inviting, and relaxing Rachel is very kind, knowledgeable, and confident in her work. I always viewed massage as an indulgent self-care activity. I knew it had therapeutic benefits, but never before had established a scheduled massage routine. After discussing therapy goals, two sessions with the third scheduled, I already notice a difference. I feel like I am in great hands; literally and figuratively!

I was able to snag a last minute appointment Rachel had available and I'm so happy I did. When I first arrived, we sat down and discussed the issues I was having, what I was hoping to accomplish with my treatment, and Rachel gave a rundown of the add on options for my massage. I was really surprised to hear she doesn't charge for most of her add-ons (like cupping, hot stones, and deep tissue) and opted to just let her determine what I needed. The massage itself was so relaxing and she checked in with me multiple times throughout the massage to make sure it stayed that way. I carry a lot of tension in my shoulders and Rachel was able to find my trouble spots and give some extra attention (deep tissue) to those areas. The next day is when I was really impressed. My entire body seemed loose and my overall mobility had improved quite a bit. Amazing!! I'll definitely be back!

Rachel is a highly skilled and knowledgeable practitioner who will customize treatment to address individual concerns. I had one treatment with Rachel and felt so much better when the session was over and knew I’d found my spot for continued care. The space is relaxing and comfortable. I’m so glad to have found R&R Massage.
