R&R Massage Therapy

The session started well with a good conversation about identifying targeting trouble areas and the flow working the identified areas. The masseuse was professional, knowledgeable, skilled and thoughtful. It was my birthday, so she insisted on adding the Hot Stone experience as a gift. At the end of the session, I realized I needed the massage more than I realised. Usually, i would not select the Hot Stone treatment. After my experience, it's definitely a viable option in the future.

This was my first massage I have ever received in my 32 years of living for my back knots and my facial pressure headaches. Stephanie treated me and it seriously felt amazing! She is very knowledgeable and will keep you informed on everything she is doing and why it affects you. I will definitely keep going back. Thank you Stephanie I feel 10x better.

Great massage. Very professional and very thorough, listened to me about the pains and worked to find cause then work them out. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing experience!! Stephanie was very welcoming and easy to relax with. I booked a 90min session cause I had a few trouble areas I really wanted worked. Every spot she found she took the time to release as much tension my body could handle. She adjusted methods for my comfort easily. She also made sure I was balanced and not over or under worked on either side, which some therapists gloss through. The 90 minutes went by too quick, but I felt great after! 100% reccomend her for any level of massage you need.

I've had constant shoulder/neck/back pain for a couple years now... I went to one appointment with Stephanie and my pain is like night and day. She worked wonders on getting my muscle knots out and this is the first time I've felt relief in a while. Would definitely use her again

This is one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever known. I’ve shown up in some serious pain and left feeling like I was on a cloud. Stephanie knows her stuff when it comes to the human body and identifying pain paths. The last time I went in, she asked where I was in the most pain (which was my calf muscles and shoulders), before I knew it she had tracked my leg issues to the front of my leg near my shin/ankle. I didn’t even realize how bad that area was bc the backs of my legs were over compensating. That night I was pain free in my legs and the most loose my should es had been in years. Stephanie is without a doubt one of the hidden gems of Jacksonville!! If you’re in pain, this is the lady who will fix it! If you’re considering a massage you better book now before word gets out further and she’s full!! Could not recommend any higher!
