Through a birthday party for a friend. We had an awesome time. We were able to decorate the rooms and bring a cake. Everyone had so much fun! We will definetely come back!!

Really great space! The room we were in was spacious and comfortable, with great seating options for our large group. You can choose your own mood lighting which is a fun element, and there is a touch screen to select music which makes it easy to switch languages and find the music you want quickly.

Celebrated my birthday here. The staff is great at explaining the room and helping throughout the entire night. The room is very comfortable and spacious too. The package deals were really great for a big group. Highly recommend 🙂

I went recently with friends. We booked a room. I used to go when it was Lair KTV and so I was excited to try the new Space KTV. The business is under a new name but the space didn't get a makeover and seems a bit run down. We were disappointed by the limited food options. Things were very pricey for the amount and taste. The edamame was seasoned with star anise so the licorice flavor was too overwhelming for most of us. Our wings also ended up being under cooked. We ate most of it until we found two pieces that were under cooked. We brought it to their attention but we were told that, since it was only a few pieces, it wasn't a big deal and was okay. Also we had eaten most of it before we realized they were undercooked so they couldn't do much about it. The service was really nice, friendly and prompt otherwise so we were surprised about their lack of concern. In addition, the soda we ordered was flat. Nothing was done about that either. They did end up giving a discount on the wings. Overall, we were very disappointed. We paid over $400 for 3hrs, including food, and ended up leaving after 2hrs due to all of the issues.

I had an amazing birthday celebration at SPACE! The experience was fantastic from start to finish. The private KTV room we booked was awesome and well-equipped. The bar service was excellent and the staffs were friendly and attentive, making sure our glasses were never empty. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate my birthday. If you're looking for a great karaoke experience with top-notch bar service, this is the place to go.

Our first night back in Philly after three years was spent satisfying our craving for a night out at a karaoke lounge! We decided to try a new spot, and while our overall experience was okay, there are a few points worth mentioning: 1. Song Downloads: Newer songs require on-the-spot downloads, which can take a while. Some songs even failed to download after waiting a few minutes. This can be frustrating, especially when time is limited. 2. Microphone Issues: The microphone is weird; you have to sing directly into the center of it, otherwise there is literally no sound. This made the singing experience quite challenging and restricted. 3. Pricing: On a regular Thursday night, the lounge charges $50 per hour for a small room. Time is money, and if you spend a significant amount of time downloading songs, it feels like a waste of money. 4. Additional Charges: A 20% tip is added automatically, and there is an additional 3% fee on the total amount if you use a credit card. We were not informed about this credit card fee, and I only realized it after getting home and noticing the discrepancy between the amount charged to my card and the receipt. I had to call them to clarify this issue. 5. Service: Our server was sweet and did a great job, so no complaints there. Overall, while the service was good, but the place felt too pricey.

I came here with a group of friends to celebrate one of their birthdays. I booked a small room and it was during the weekday so it was $50 an hour. The staff were very patient when my group was running late. The time for getting charged does not start until you go into the karaoke room. Food and drinks came to our room relatively quickly after we ordered it through our cellphones on an online ordering page. There's a rule for no outside for or drink but the establishment allows for cake for celebrations! Candles are also allowed but confetti is not. They also let you bring in decorations to decorate the karaoke rooms if you want to. The song selections were alright. Most of the songs we ended up having to find on the YouTube app instead of their main karaoke app. The rooms are clean and have trash bins. The microphones all had covers for cleanliness. Overall a good experience.

We booked a private Karaoke room for a celebration and OMG did we have a fun time. Everything was perfect , clean space, service was great. We booked a room for 15 people and the room was comfortable and nicely decorated. Definitely recommend, 10/10 we will be coming back!
