The Golden Pineapple

If you are in the Asheville area, go to The Golden Pineapple!! We LOVE our experiences at the Golden Pineapple! It was our first time there, we've heard a little about it. The drink menu is very fun and has something for everyone. Non alcoholic and alcoholic options. We both had the Bodega sandwich and it was one of the best sandwiches we both have ever had! Everything about the sandwich was incredible and the side salad was so delicious! The atmosphere was nothing short of pleasant. Fantastic place. We will definitely be coming back. P and J Update: We come here often. As much as possible. At least once a month. We truly can not get enough of Golden Pineapple. Ask for Marty. Get the bodega sandwich, add hash. Try the drinks. They are all so good!

The Golden Pineapple has quickly become one of our favorite establishments in Asheville. The bartenders are always friendly and welcoming. The playlist is always awesome. There are many alcoholic and non alcoholic drink options. You will find all kinds of unique cocktails at The Golden Pineapple. My personal favorites are the frozen drinks: The Baja Blast and The Guava Colada, but they have literally every kind of alcohol you could imagine and the bartenders truly enjoy their craft. We also LOVE The Bodega Sandwiches (add hashbrowns). I am from NJ and always on the hunt for a delicious pork roll, egg, and cheese sandwich and The Golden Pineapple consistently understands that assignment. It’s our go to dinner spot on weekends and we truly always look forward to it.

Great place to grab a drink. Lots of options! Haven't tried the food yet. I will be back!

We were so excited to finally visit this spot. Heard great reviews from friends and our experience didn’t align. The service was great and the drinks were good too. Pizza is a special on Sundays and we were excited to give it a try. The pizza was thin crust which we like. But my husband’s crust was burnt. And the salt…it was so extra that we didn’t finish our pizzas and weren’t interested in taking them home. Very disappointing food overall. We want to give them another chance as I’ve heard great things about their food. But based on the pizza, at this point they’re not a place I’d seek out for food.

I’ve been going here for years. It’s just hands down amazing. Cocktail artists with true talent, creative drinks, delicious food. Wings are second to none and portions are damn good. Don’t wait…go tonight!

The vibes here are cool. Great place to get a cocktail or two and hang out. The menu is unusual and the vegetables that came with the hummus platter were random. Mushrooms, but no carrots. The naan bread was phenomenal. Worth a stop, but kind of pricey

I really want to like this place, the aesthetic is really nice. Drinks are hit or miss because a lot of them are extremely bitter. We came here tonight for a Friday the 13th event, when we got there, which was not even late into the night, they were already out of several items on the menu and one of the themed drinks, which was the main reason we came here we ordered food and waited an hour to get 2 hot dogs and like 4 tiny fingerling potatoes in some kind of sauce.

Outstanding food coming out of this kitchen. Any time I’m craving an excellent & creative sandwich, this is where I go. This time I had the chicken spiedie and it was just phenomenal. Cocktails are always great too.
