The Golden Tiki

Truly a one of a kind tiki bar! I have been hearing about the Golden Tiki for sometime now and finally got to go at the end of September. As someone who isn’t really into the bar scene and not much of a drinker, I wasn’t sure if I was going to like the place. I was totally wrong of course and myself and my friends had a blast drinking and eating at the bar! There is a lot to see and do inside the bar and you could spend a good amount of time wondering around finding hidden little Easter Eggs. We were sat at the bar, I highly recommend getting reservations ahead of time for an actual table, and even that was totally fun. All of the staff were super friendly and funny. We ordered several rounds of drinks and tried several of the apps as well. Normally bar food is hit or miss, but everything was super tasty and large portioned food wise. The drinks were all super good as well! So yeah I highly recommend the Golden Tiki if you are looking for a fun bar with lots of personality, tasty drinks, and solid food. The whole place is like an adults only version of Disneyland! Just try to go when it’s not busy as parking can get a little tight since the bar is in the middle of a strip mall.

Coming into Vegas and as a lover of cocktail bars, The Golden Tiki has been on my list for quite some time. I stopped in for a night cap after an excellent meal at Herbs and Rye. The vibe is typical Tiki. Theatrical and colorful. The Decor was amazing and the playlist was actually bumping on a Tuesday! The Drinks were beautiful, strong, sweet, balanced. If you are a fan of Tiki/ Tropical style cocktails this is a must go to in Vegas.

Exactly as expected. Fun Tiki bar in Chinatown. Happy hour every day from 4-7pm. We made reservations as suggested, but on a hot summer Sunday during happy hour we could have sat at the bar. Note: in reservations you need to select Pirate (good for group) or Tiki (booths around bar area). We sat in Pirate and felt a little disconnected from lounge singer and atmosphere, but if in a group, would have been fun. Happy Hour Food was tasty and large portion. Drinks had a lot of ice, but plenty strong. Overall a fun place to take visitors, or grab a fruity cocktail if you’re in the area.

Tiki-Fabulous! Love this place. We walked in early on a Sunday night and friendly hostess sat us at a table without a reservation. But reservations for booth tables are recommended. Lime-in-coconut drink was delish and on fire! Attention to Tiki detail was fluid through out. Including SHAG print behind DJ. Do not miss!

From the food to the drinks to the ambiance everything was perfect. Will definitely be coming back when we are in town. Even the DJ was outstanding playing a song called The Big Electron, until that point I had never heard anyone else play Melodysheep's stuff in that kind of setting and it made me so happy.

When I travel, the first thing I research is local Tiki Bars. They are by far and away the more interesting venues and the Golden Tiki is no exception. I could go so far as to say that it is one the best I have ever experienced. The atmosphere is amazing, the bar staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the food was fantastic. Tiki Bars always have great drinks, but great food is often hard to find. Shout out to my bartenders, Daniel and Selina. They made my evening just about perfect. If you are ever in Vegas, swing by and give this gem of a place a visit.

Super fun and cool restaurant to go to. The atmosphere was chill and relaxed. It was such a vibe. Food and drinks were amazing I would definitely go back if I go to Vegas again

I went to visit this very cool bar on a Tuesday evening in June. The entire experience was amazing as far as atmosphere. The decorations are cool, unusual and the ambiance makes you forget that you are in Vegas. Unfortunately, there were no Vegan options available. I had a Blue drink (Blue Lagoon?) that was not strong and really tasted like a Slurpie.. I took a star off for that and for the lack of options for all eaters. Despite that, I enjoyed the experience, the service was excellent and I definitely recommend a visit. I will go again to try different drinks on a different night.
