Mu husband and I recently took a mixology class with Brice, and it was an incredible experience! His passion for the craft and dedication to customer service truly set this class apart. Brice's knowledge and enthusiasm made the session both educational and enjoyable. He went above and beyond to ensure everyone was engaged, learning, and having a great time. Thanks to Brice, this was easily one of the best classes I've taken. I highly recommended for anyone looking to learn from a passionate and skilled instructor. Thank you, Brice, for making it such an amazing experience!

Brice taught our Monday night mixology class. Amazing experience! I didn’t know what to expect but I loved it. He was extremely knowledgeable and customized the experience for the group’s liking and taste. We all loved his personality. He’s clearly an expect in his field.

Open for limited hours in the evening, the Parlor is an eccentric drinks bar in the Sheraton Dallas Hotel with experienced mixologists capable of making any drink you can think of. The mixologist also will make custom drinks for each customer based on the customer’s desired flavor profile. Custom drinks are $16 each but well worth it. Adam took great care of our group of three!

Came from Arkansas and was really looking forward to getting a drink from here and was highly unsatisfied!! We were the only ones in there besides a table with 4 ladies. The bartender being the only one working told us that he would be with us soon so we patiently waited for him to finish the ladies. 20 mins later look over to see what’s going on and he’s leaned against their table chit chatting with them and never once waited on us. Took us leaving for him to even acknowledge us. Absolutely disappointed.

Adam was great. We took the mix class while in Dallas celebrating a friends bday. I don’t drink and they made accommodations for me. The drinks are fresh, great atmosphere and great personalities. I felt very exclusive. Brice was also amazing and provided great service. I definitely recommend and I would take a class with Adam again.

Adam & Brice made our night!! I have never had a more personal and fun experience at a bar. The drinks were personalized to our taste and delicious. I cannot wait to come back and bring more friends with me
