ZenSweat NW is a great experience! Location was easy to find and access via contactless system. We booked the infrared sauna which came with the ability to listen to music or watch shows via a tablet during your session with built in speakers in the sauna box - no need for headphones! Everything was very clean and comfortable. The eucalyptus cooling towels are a great touch to finish off your session. We will be back !

Me and my Hubby celebrated 23 years together at ZenSweat Nw! We booked the larger infrared sauna and easily were able to do side by side yoga! Everything you need is provided and don’t forget to use the Eucalyptus infused cooling towel when finished. We left feeling Amazing!

Isabelle and Blake have an awesome infrared sauna studio. I brought a sesh for my wife and I + the in-laws and it was seamless. The saunas are high quality and the experience is fully automated and well thought out. The whole fam loved it. Isabelle and Blake even left us a kind hand-written note, which was a nice personal touch. Definitely recommend coming by.

This was my first experience with an infrared sauna, and it was wonderful! I used the move room and it took my morning yoga meditation to a whole new level! I loved the ease of just booking on line and walking up unlocking the door and walking into peace and tranquility !

Wonderful experience. No contact made it feel more comfortable going in, especially with the current state of things. Easy mode of access, though parking can be a challenge. Once inside I felt a soothing experience. I have tried both rooms, I personally like the ZenBreak room, as it helps me to recover from training. After the session, the essential oil towels feel incredible and feel energizing in a way (must be the peppermint). I would highly recommend going to a longer session, as 20 minutes went by so quickly!

I absolutely love this place! Since covid, and winter approaching, I have missed hot yoga and sauna sessions so much. Thanks to ZenSweat I am able to get back into practicing hot yoga and keep my mind right! The experience from beginning to end was perfect. The studio was very clean, and completely contactless which is amazing in times like these. Since I've started going my skin looks and feels amazing, my joint and muscle pain has eased and my mind feels clean and relaxed. I am so thankful I found this place! I highly recommend!

Zen sweat NW is an amazing express spa experience. From booking online to contact less checking in the whole experience is seamless. The atmosphere is relaxing, being able to chose your music is a plus! We booked a 50min session for 2 and definitely felt good afterwards, we will come back!
